I love gymnastics! For kids it teaches discipline, coordination, and fun. If you live in the Salt Lake area and are looking for a fun activity for your kids, you should check out Bailies Gymnastics. Yes. They have preschool classes from age 2-5. They are 45 minutes long and $40 per month, I think. Your first 'trial' class is free so you can check it out before you decide.
